You're given a set of predesigned templates with empty squares where a snapshot placeholders for your videos. You can change the background image to one of your favorite pictures or videos and add whatever you want for background music. In fact, they're so proud of these two features that they make them the focal point of their support page. Forums, manuals and their email address are tucked away on the right side. This layout makes sense. The tutorials and FAQ section are thorough and informative while the forum has very few posts in it, the manual is good and the email address doesn't provide users with help right away. All-in-all they have a pretty excellent support section.
